AMAZING service!! Very fair and helpful throughout the whole process of getting my car fixed. This is definitely my new mechanic shop!!
Warning: Poor Engine Work & Zero Accountability My family member paid $5,088.23 for engine work here—and it’s been nothing but problems ever since. The engine started having issues almost immediately, and when we reached out to the owner, he refused to take responsibility or help fix it. Gave this place a second chance and they did the same exact same thing last time had me wait and refused to come in and see what I had to get fixed. If you like to be punctual I’d just go somewhere else.
This is definitely hands down the best mechanic shop I have been to. From customer service, to communication, pricing, advice, etc rapid all auto goes above and beyond for their customers. I took my car to several places and no one could seem too find the problem, not only did Rapid Auto find it the first time, they cured it and in a time and affordablaly priced manner.
