Waited 3 months to for an appointment with an ENT (referral) to get a hearing test done. Had to send my referral requisition 3 times via text message before they could schedule my appointment. Met with ENT for a few minutes only to be told that hearing test person was not available and that there were no appointments available! A week later, received a call scheduling appointment for the next day. I show up at time of appointment and 5 minutes later (after registration) I am told that appointment is cancelled.
