Yeah, this will seem like another of those 1 star review, but this ppace deserves it, if these guys dont fire that receptionist, they will be losing a lot of patients, just like they lost me today, the lady was insistent on getting a referal from family doc, whereas the pediatric doctor on our last visit told us to get an appointment and come back for an ongoing issue. Hope these guys understand that the receptionist will ruin their clinic.
The front desk was super rude and very unprofessional. She has no empathy and no compassion for the patients. and she is very arrogant. Highly not recommend going there.
Doctor here is adamantly opposed to releasing tongue ties and will go to great lengths to dissuade you from going ahead with it, even if a doctor has prescribed it. Says it's unnatural and over diagnosed. Insists it's not necessary and only ever done for moms comfort, but when we got it done elsewhere the next day, our sons intake more than doubled. Completely biased and unscientific advice being given. Do not accept a referral here.
The reception was rude with us and the appointments were inaccurate
