Poor customer service. Multiple times tried to book in didnt get any calls back, called to aks whats up then just got told we will call you back. Came across as didnt want the job or just lazy not sure.
Saw Harley for a suspension and service on my Falcon. He did a really good job in diagnosing what was wrong with it, really knew what he was talking about and did not overcharge! Hard to come by with mechanic's they usually charge a lot and do very little. My car has since been running very nicely and 100% recommend Rapid 4x4 for anyone!
