Been here a few years and although they face the challenges of DOT, they’re a great family practice.
I have been going to this office and seeing only Doctor Cindy Almerode and Doctor Marsh for 6 Years. I’ve been signing every 2 years contracts of what I suppose to do . My last visit was August 22, I’ve took my urine test every for months my bill has been and always paid I have 3 hernia dicks that the pain is unbearable in my back and my hips I can’t carry on a normal day with out help!! which some days I can’t walk, along with anxiety and depression and arthritis !! This place is closed down. Dont waste your time.
If you’re a truck driver needing a DOT physical avoid this place at all cost. They will NOT summit your documents with the DOT department and your CDL will be at risk of suspension if you don’t check on it and got to your home state dmv. They do not answer any calls nor will return your message. It’s unfair for truck drivers to have the ability to upload our documents taken away an expect us to depend on people supposedly professional to do their job especially something as simple as uploading some documents. Unfriendly staff. Website said they take walk ins. Came in today sick with either Covid or flu and the older heavy set orange receptionist with the longer brown hair was very rude. I was preparing my insurance card and ID as I hadn’t been there before, and she motioned my partner and I towards her with a look of inconvenience. I politely told her I do not have an appointment, but was wondering if I could be seen today by a doctor. She said very shortly that they don’t take walk-in’s.
