Admin have always been an issue here and they’re only getting worse, I suggest finding somewhere that doesn’t overbook appointments and then blame you

I came here for a DOT Physical last week. They put the wrong number on the medical certificate. Drove almost three hours back only for them to give me another certificate that my company wouldn't take because they scribbled over a mistake. Nice people but I wouldn't advise anyone to utilize there DOT services.
They have been my physician over 25 years. The service they provide is 5 stars. But for the last couple of years they will prescribe medication and everything is fine until you need a refill. I waited over 3 weeks for my diabetes medication a couple of times. So my sugar levels would go very high! Now it's happening again, my pharmacy requested a refill over a week ago and we have left messages at the office about the need for refills. Still waiting!! Someone is dropping the ball.
