had the seafood tower and some cocktails. the oysters were meaty, buttery and fresh. the ceviche and the scallops were note worthy. the service was great, the server was prompt to help us and was very well informed on the menu. they played great music and had an earthy decor, dark green seating and woven partitions with dim but not dark lighting
We went yesterday and as always service was wonderful, presentation was amazing quality of food incredible but as a Peruvian that goes often to Peru I have to say that sadly this has been change for Canadians or international taste. Food was good however myself I didn’t like ocopa sauce that is from Arequipa (Andes) on top of a crab causa which is from the coast and the crab has a so delicate flavour that the ocopa sauce overcome the flavour. This is consistently one of my top 10 restaurants in Ottawa. The food is fresh, carefully prepared, and full of flavour. The service is good, and the dishes feel genuinely original, the kind of food you do not find everywhere. I am very picky about restaurants, and this one stands out. It is not cheap, but you get what you pay for.
Amazing restaurant with excellent food and very friendly but professional service by entire team but special thanks to Gonzo who took care very nice of our table. The Pisco Sour is good and Pisco Maraquia strongly recommended as drinks. Good selection of wines from Spain, France and local (no Peruvian wine unfortunately). Their temporary location is nicely decorated and professionally maintained. We definitely return whenever will be back in town. Strongly recommended as a top line restaurant.
Excellent food, friendly service. Highly recommend the squid, it is superb.
