This beautiful ring was given to me as my engagement ring, and I couldn’t be happier! It’s perfectly designed with so many gorgeous details that truly make it one of a kind. The pictures simply don’t capture all the beauty of this amazing ring. Not to mention the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees—they were wonderful from start to finish! I absolutely love this high-quality custom jewelry store and highly recommend them!
Took a chain in to get soldered. It came back sticking all over the place. Looked terrible. Pieces sticking everywhere. They said no problem we'll send it back. I asked if it would damage it anymore. They said no. I just got it back the second time. They had bent the chain to fit it on better. When I said "they bent it?" the lady just said " yeah I guess so".
