I wish words could express just how amazing Raphael is. The care and integrity that he deals with is a lost art and I am so grateful to have had him custom make my wedding ring. He has an incredible eye for detail, amazing taste, and treats his customers like family. My daughter had given my mom and I matching “peas in a pod” bracelets for Mother’s Day, but they were too long. We tried a jeweler on Mooney to see if they could shorten them, but they didn’t seem interested. We went downtown to Raphael’s, and one week later we had 3 bracelets that fit us perfectly. They were so kind and accommodating. This is the only jewelry store I will shop in from now on. Everyone has beautiful jewelry, but this level of customer service is hard to find.
Raphael is wonderful! Brought my ideas to life and created a beautiful engagement ring and wedding band. Highly recommend.
