I was recently hospitalized for three nights for a kidney infection. Dr. Raphael Schein was the hospitalist assigned to me for a couple of those days. Most significantly, he was my discharging doctor. During a visit the evening before my discharge, the doctor said he’d be back in the morning for a simple sign-off and release.
