Old timer stuck in his ways and doesn't take the time to really get to know someone. My fault I should had scheduled my appointment earlier because they were closed the entire week before Christmas. So I was 5 days short of a pretty important medication. Dr. Stephen Raphael D MD.. Down to earth wonderful GENTLEMEN.. 6 MONTHES AGO WHEN HE ACCEPTED I.. THEY WENT THROUGH FILE PAPER WORK TO COMPUTER.., Thats why nobody could get through, but with a little patiences everything worked out fine.. Ellen is wonderful women.
