Office staff is incredibly rude. Especially office manager, Denise. Lost our paperwork and then tried charging us an extra $150 for an extension so our son wouldn’t be removed from school while we waited for another over the phone appointment and would have to resubmit the paperwork. This is after already charging us $350 for paperwork, over the phone appointments and 23 and Me genetic background reports to help them find a loophole.
