Absolutely fantastic service. My wife damaged her ring in a fall and Raphael quickly and expertly made the needed adjustments. A true gem.
Very grateful to the owner who helped us out! We got engaged on our holiday in Sydney and needed a plastic ring-size adjuster so I could wear it. We tried 5 jewellers in the area and no one had one/would give us one as we didn’t buy the ring from them. Raphael’s was so kind and accomodating to help us. Will definitely look at getting future jewellery here. Thanks!
