Our loved one lived in Raphael's House for over a decade and she received excellent care. The employee turnover is very low, so we all got to know and trust the entire staff. The house is elegantly decorated; floors and or carpets are replaced frequently. There are many food choices and birthdays are celebrated with home made cakes by the wonderful chef. The activities are fun and varied. Holidays are celebrated with decorations and family events. But the most important aspect of this organization is that it feels like home.

When it became necessary for my mother-in-law to transition to assisted living, we were overwhelmed by the sheer number of facilities available in the area. Thankfully we had a family member familiar with the Victory Housing communities. Mom has been at Raphael House Assisted Living for a number of years. The staff has always been attentive to her needs. They are kind, compassionate and loving. They coordinate activities that are interesting to the residents and they encourage participation. All staff members work diligently to keep the residents' families informed and updated, which was especially important during the Pandemic. I cannot be more grateful for all that Raphael House provides.

Raphael House is an impeccable, spacious and professional environment for the residents. Care, dignity and respect are #1 priority of the staff. Nellia Kaiyo and her staff are top-notch. Genuinely interested in the well-being of residents. A blessing and miracle that we could find this place for our mom. Thank you so much for all you have done and continue to do.

My mother has lived in Raphael House since February, 2020. She moved there from an independent senior living building one month before the pandemic shutdown. It had become clear to our family and her medical team that she needed full-time assistance to complete life's basic activities, including taking her medications as needed.
