The home of one of our octogenarian relatives needed a deep clean. I selected Raphael cleaners because of their excellent reviews. The reviews are 100% accurate. The owner was punctual, thorough and honest when giving an estimate; the team arrived on time on the cleaning day and did an exemplary job. Carpets not only cleaned but sanitized; windows and fixtures sparkling. They are an excellent company. Don't hesitate to hire them. 5 stars.
Called them and schedule a estimate. Guy came and I agreed to the price. At the schedule day they didn't show up at the agreed time. Called and no one answered (despite them being open). Then someone got back to me (manager?) and said he'll inquire about the whereabouts of his employee (contractor). Got ghosted.

Awesome! Rugs and upholstery look like new. Grout in kitchen and bathroom floors came out amazing
