I love Dr. Agada but unfortunately my daughter and I may have to leave his practice due to the ongoing pattern of unprofessionalism by his front desk receptionist Shamika M. She is rude, dismissive and purposefully delays my care.
The woman who works there shouldn't be working there. If she doesn't like her job, she should stay home, and they should hire a kind and respectful woman to replace her.
