Hearing Martina speak to us about stress management was an absolute pleasure. Her presentation was insightful, very knowledgeable and best of all extremely useful. Despite only having a limited amount of time to present it was pack full of great information! If you are looking for therapy I would recommend Martina she has helped me to learn strategies to manage my anxiety, stress at work and coping with the lockdown. Also being assertive and managing difficult family relationships. Martina is also easy to talk to.
