My visit with Rapha Medical Group exceeded all expectations. The entire staff was friendly and efficient, and I felt well cared for from start to finish.

Terrible customer service at Rapha Medical. The front desk staff was rude, and I waited far past my appointment time without any updates. The doctor seemed rushed and dismissive, and follow-up communication was nearly impossible. I won’t be returning
I can’t explain how this clinic loves money and keeps clients till the end even though can not do service on time. Never trust my medical exam to this clinic more. No recommend to anyone.
