Poor customer service, wouldn’t recommend My partner has rang multiple times over the last fortnight to try get in with Dr brown, to be told we should be able to get in for Telehealth sessions, then mucked around constantly and told that they will get back to us, yet they didn’t, he’s had to follow up every time. A waste of our time waiting to hear back, when we could have been booked in elsewhere but we were highly recommended to book here, not sure why though as I would not recommend whatsoever.
