Beware! Thieves. They do not reimburse you if you pay upfront! We paid upfront and sent our receipts to our insurance company. The insurance company reimbursed them. They refuse to reimburse us. Continually say they will call us back and they never have. Our insurance agency has reached out and will pursue payment but have been unable to thus far. We have receipts and paperwork showing insurance was paid directly to them! ZERO STARS! Doctor without a conscience!
