I’ve had my fair share of negative experiences with providers and C&P examiners who dismissed or invalidated my conditions based on my age and gender. Dr. Luis and his staff are the exception. They are genuinely kind, attentive, and made me feel truly seen and heard. To fellow veterans scheduled here for their C&P exams, please don’t worry. You will be taken care of.
Dr. Luis and Sara are wonderful! Dr. Luis really cares and it shows that he’s real passionate about helping one’s mental health. Rapha Family Centre staff has been a great experience. From the moment I spoke with the receptionist who was very helpful to Iris the Intake Specialist to Dr. Lopez, They’re very supportive, and professional who cares. I can’t say enough about this team because they meet you where you are and help their clients work through their issues with therapy.
