My 7 year old was billed some random 32 dollar charge after over a year and a half after last appointment, not sure why they did not contact either parent or charge any credit card on file, instead they decided to bill a child and report to credit bureau in HER name. I recently brought my 9 year old autistic son to this counseling office to address some behavioral issues he has been working through with various professionals. Unfortunately, without prior communication or a chance to discuss their concerns, the counselor, Laura Billingsley, LPC, called CPS after our first session. This resulted in a CPS investigation that has caused significant stress for me as a single mother with autoimmune diseases and two children, one with special needs.
