Spent 30 mins get a recording make my selection all repair busy phone would ring go back to the recording then It just hangs up
I am very disappointed in Rapco after my most recent purchase with them. I have used them exclusively for the past 5 years to repair my a/c units. This year my condenser fan motor went and so I went to Rapco to purchase a new one. I have always trusted them to sell me what I need as I'm a female on s budget with very little HVAC knowledge. They informed me that I needed a capacitor in addition to the fam motor because I needed to replace it when I replaced the fan motor. I found out the hard way that this company sells A/C units to non-licensed contractors. They promise you warranty on the parts and when you need it, they have the nerve to say they don't handle that and refer you straight to the manufacturer who refers you back to them. They are deceptive all around and need to be shut down.
Purchased a timer for my pool pump. Went to install it and found the clock motor not to be functioning. Called the company and was told that I was out of luck since there are no refunds or exchanges on anything electrical. Be careful, do not buy anything electrical from them. They could be selling damaged goods. The personnel were arrogant and condescending. BEWARE
My house seems to be where appliances come to die, but these guys are great and have saved me so much money!! They are always helpful and courteous and never try to sell me something I dont need. They listen to the problem and help me out. These guys are great and I will be back, and I have referred some friends to them as well!
