Took ALOT ot money from me for going to trial and settled outside of court with a meeting with the other lawyer. This was over 2 years ago and I'm still waiting for something to be done. She is rude and dismissive and i dont know how she can legally still practice. Dont make this mistake!!
A waste of time. If you want someone to fight for you you are wasting your time. She did not fight for me. It seemed to me she wanted to make the other party happy and his lawyer. The evidence I gave her was never even brought up. A terrible lawyer with no care for you or what you need. DO NOT HIRE HER YOU WILL BE MAKING A BIG MISTAKE !!!!
She is rude and withholds evidence, claiming all kinds of excuses for not producing evidence to defendants attorney. It will be in the very near future she will have misconduct complaints against her.Kathleen Rapasadi can't make it as a private attorney. She is a POOR REPRESENTATION OF HER PROFESSION.she has her husbands name"THE RAPASADI'S BEHIND HER"..SHE IS A JOKE.
Displayed a lack of listening skills, snarky attitude, preoccupied with other things going on, and an overall unsatisfactory job.
I retained Kathleen Rapasadi for my divorce and I believe she is the best divorce attorney in CNY. Kathleen is up to date on all the new divorce laws and fought very hard to get me a fair deal with my ex without a trial. She even refused to allow me to waive his retirement when I was tempted to just to have it over and done with! I'm very thankful to her for that security in my future that I would have lost. Extremely poor customer service and extremely poor legal advice received from Ms Rapasadi. As a result, seeked a new attorney almost immediately who identified the poor advice and assisted in rectifying Ms Rapasai’s errors. I would NOT recommend Kathleen Rapasadi to anyone.
