Dr Jourban is too busy to spend any more than a few minutes with you to explain procedures & results; he does not follow up on on patient instructions such as prescriptions. He relays on PA's & nurses to do patient contacts work for him while he collects the big bucks. Clearly, this dr. has too many patients to give each attention & concern they need.
