I have had the worst experience with this company. First I find a TYPO on a bill in which they overcharged me $100. Then, they bill my insurance company TWICE for a procedure, so naturally my insurance company (which is very good) paid the first but not the rest, so I ended up paying $500+ extra. When I realized this, I called my insurance company, which then contacted them, and the issue was fixed, or so I thought. I even received a refund for the amount in which I overpaid. She is the best doctor around great bedside manor and very concerned with her patients care and well-being takes the time to talk to you so you don't fell like you're being rushed it's been thirty -four and i love her
Roselle Park Medical Associates just lost a new patient. 1st Impressions are extremely important and the woman they have answering the phones is rude. When I tried to make an appointment I was asked if I had the time to provide "lots" of information and when I replied "well I'm outside on my lunch break" I was quickly interrupted with "Well you need to call back when you do, have a nice day". I will NOT be calling back.

Would not recommend this doctor to another person because he is OVER LOADED and all his orginal patients are sufferning with waiting time in his office and responce time for call backs to his patientces is useless if he would get rid of his teams and just get back to his people maybe he could straighten out MAYBE

The three doctors in the group, Dr. Shiow-Jane Cheng, Dr. Smitha Gubbi and Dr. Alexander Kudryk have a combined 60 years of medical experience. They cover the gamut of adult medical care and are on the cutting edge of any new therapies available including alternative and herbal therapies. If you're looking for the best of the best this is the office to go to.
Great doctor, he is very knowledgable and doesnt take risks with your child. The problem there is is staff. The are NOT very pleasant to deal with. They are not very helpful with referels or any other matters you might have in dealing with Dr. Freiheiter.
