I have to say that it pains me to write a negative review for someones business however, this is warranted. We did not initially sign up for Rao's pool service, they bought out the route from a company we did hire and enjoyed.. but we stuck with them, anyway. During our service we had to remind them TWICE that they did not visit our house, for which they were apologetic and credited us the next month for the lack of service.. and despite that, we stuck with them. Spoke with Phil 3 times very he was helpful and very knowledgeable with helping get my pool back in shape - he went above and beyond in making sure my problem was resolved and provided tips for future care - in addition each time I contacted his company he answered or responded right away via phone and text. I highly recommend working with them.
