Bad service
Dr. Zhou has delivered 2 of my babies and keep going back to her. She’s very knowledgeable, thorough, patient and professional. I’ve always felt comfortable with her. Thank you Dr. Zhou!
Waited for 50 mins and arrived 15 mins early than my appointment, dr wanted me to wait longer but I waited for almost an hour! Worst experience ever !
She made me feel so comfortable! She explained everything before she did it. I came in with a lot of anxiety and questions. She took the time to answer my questions and reassure me everything was fine. She also is a WIZARD with a speculum. I didn’t feel anything compared to previous exams I’ve had with other providers. She was very kind and professional. The front staff was also very helpful and kind. They explained the billing as well!
