He will never have your medications sent or ready. Very rude with no respect for elderly parents. Was very rude to my mother and neglected checking her health correctly or with any care. We saw him yelling at other patients and then he did the same to us.
Was a patient for 20 years. After several YEARS of dealing with the inept office staff that didn't return important calls, didn't answer refill requests for medications and basically made it impossible to deal with them, he finally got a couple of good people in there...
