My son has crone. He needs to see a specialist for it. He has been trying to get his medical records since August and there incompetent staff will not give it to him or the specialist. He's can't get his meds until they do. All they say is "We can't help you"
Attentive, caring, great bedside manner, personable, great listener and he will figure out your problem and give a remedy to resolve it. Complete trust in his medical care.
Dr. Rao is amazing! He really takes the time to ask you about your symptoms and thoroughly explains everything and addresses all of your questions. I wish all providers cared as much as him!
