Dr. Rao, is an excellent cardiologist. She‘s very thorough and genuinely cares for her patients! She returns emergency calls expeditiously and even does well check calls herself. She has recommended 2 major procedures for my mom and both improved moms quality of living! Her office manager is extremely insensitive, interrupts when being spoken to, finds it humorous when elderly patients are confused and doesn’t admit when she’s wrong but we’re sticking with Dr. Rao as her expertise trumps her office managers ignorance.
