Were Do I start Sadly I saw the DR Alsabti 4 times each time he was around 30 mins late sometimes 40 mins But I made early appiontments to avoid this I was never treated with repect and was plain rude the last time I called the reception weeks later for some invo on my visits 4 Times I called I even begged her for simple help but never bother to call me back or email with the info 30 seconds of workBut the good news is there is a new Dr just around the corner So with what a have been through i would choose another Dr ps I no... read more

Just returned home to Tocumwal from major surgery in Melbourne. Rang to have 3 stitches removed as directed by the hospital. Of course they said NO. Not impressed.

Been seeing this dr for five months. In that time, they have lost blood tests, forgot to put me in the diary twice, meaning I went to the surgery 1hr drive there and back, as a pensioner, costing $60 in petrol both times, with no apology. Yesterday we were delayed 10mins so rang numerous times, no answer. Got to surgery and dr had gone to lunch. Waited till 3.15 for another appointment finally got into drs at 4.10pm. Then was charged $80 with no warning, even though I have been bulk billed every other time. When I asked why ... read more
