I recently visited Rao Heart & Vascular in enterprise, Alabama for the first time and had a positive experience overall. There was a bit of a wait due to a staff member being out sick, but the team kept me informed and communicated clearly about the delay. Once I was taken back, everything was handled very professionally. The staff member who assisted me was kind and thorough, walking me step-by-step through how to use the heart monitor and accompanying phone, and making sure I understood everything before I left. First time seeing Dr. Rao. So professional, so nice. Took a lot of time with me and my husband. Answered all our questions and explained procedures. Highly recommend him. His office staff and nurses are wonderful.
Office staff are incredibly friendly. Keston Trammel NP was very thorough, knowledgable, and took time to explain whats going on.
