There was a bit of a wait due to a staff member being out sick, but the team kept me informed and communicated clearly about the delay. Once I was taken back, everything was handled very professionally. First time seeing Dr. Rao. So professional, so nice. Took a lot of time with me and my husband. Answered all our questions and explained procedures. Highly recommend him. His office staff and nurses are wonderful.
