Once when I was late for an appointment and was still seen they asked if I would mind while they took a phone call that had been previously scheduled. I did not mind at all. I am pleased with how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
