Overall I’m very impressed with this office and staff. The office space is very clean and modern, and the staff are all lovely. I had a procedure with Dr Noor and he and his nurses were exceptional at taking care of me. I was very anxious, and after my procedure I was lightheaded but the nurses were incredibly patient with me and provided water, a sugary snack, and general comfort. My one and only complaint would be that sometimes it’s tricky to get someone on the phone when you call!
Poor customer service, poor followup. Spent $280+ and never had my prescription called into my pharmacy. The local convenience is not worth it.
