I’ve been seeing Dr Noor and Dr Rao for amost 13 years. The office is clean, staff friendly, and they’re probably two of the coolest drs I’ve ever had. They are great at what they do, they listen and take their time while also carrying great bedside manner. Couldn’t recommend them or their staff enough!

This business committed healthcare billing fraud. They billed a routine 5 minute skin check as a level 4 visit. When I confronted them about it when my insurance wouldn’t cover a level 4 (because I work in healthcare and understand how E/M codes work), they were rude, unprofessional and dismissive. I asked to speak to the provider to hear from clinical staff their reasoning for this billing and they refused. I would not recommend to anyone.
