Had 2 cataract precedures at Advent, under Dr Frank, The Staff, Julie, Nurse and Surgical staff made me Feel comfortable, they went out of their way to be Compassionate, and Professional, Can't say enough about my care, Thank you Dr Frank for your Great care, I'm so thankful. Also, The Cinnamon Roll was Amazing. Also thank you Shannon, Candy, Recovery Nurse, Chelsie.Hospital Staff, Ladies in The Gift shop, Good Luck.
Receptionist was pleasant and efficient/ short wait to get into critical care- quick diagnosis- prescription ready s the local pharmacy within an hour - very good -
I have always been treated with respect and dignity at Advent Health Ottawa.
I was rushed to the ER in Ottawa twice. Paid my hospital bills on Adent website in full out of pocket. I got suprise bills sent to me by so-called third parties with exact same billing codes as Advent health for exact same service on same dates. Alliance Radiology and MAWD labs. Alliance Radiology sent itemized bill for Ultrasound with a physicians name who infact is a dentist whom I've never met and has a practice in Wichita!
