Kathy is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and simply a really nice person who loves helping customers
He is lazy and never responds to any calls, emails or voicemails. And he never does anything correctly. The only way to get him to do anything is by constantly nagging. It takes him way too long to get anything accomplished. He is absolutely terrible. Do not use him, you will regret it. He is the worst agent I have ever had.
