I ordered a furnace at the end of April from this company as a family member, I trusted, referred them to me. While they promptly installed the furnace, the thermostat I had, to the contractors surprise, was not compatible with his newly installed furnace. He went to Home Depot to get one as it was needed and charged me accordingly. Never give him any money in advance . He is a cheater and he never provided me the complete service. He took complete payment for the furnace installation in advance and then I never saw him again. Never ever deal with this person. He never replied to my texts and calls. He is a very unethical and untrustworthy person.
I hired him for the installation of the air-conditioning system. It was agreed to install an a/c unit complete installation, City of Winnipeg permit, and winter outside cover. He demands a 50% deposit advance which I paid him. After 4 months of long and hard struggle with him finally, I was able to get installed the AC unit.
