It really breaks my heart to write this review because I trusted them with two of my cars for almost 2 years, but this very last situation was the worst customer service I ever experienced in my life, and I have to share to prevent someone else from going through what I just went through with this business! NEVER AGAIN I’ve been coming here for about a year. Never had a problem, usually gets my vehicle in and in out in about 2 days. This last time I send my car, they had it for 3 weeks and did not work. We called everyday & they claimed they were working on it, but they were not. I had to come get my vehicle because it was there for 3 weeks. They tired to tell me they work doing the work but you can clearly see the problem was not fix. My car is actually missing parts now.
