Workers were nice. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. That’s the good part and the reason for 3 stars.. 1)They need to learn how to balance tires correctly. they don’t have the right tools and equipment. I had to return twice and my car was still shaking afterwards. So I had to go to Discount tire in Gastonia and get them balanced CORRECTLY! 2) They sold me a tire that had been plugged 3) Today the tire is flat 4)They only accept cash.
