They love the sale but hate to return calls or e-mails. Bought a 245L and I got screwed. No keys and no owner manual. The Dealer I got it from is a joke. Does not know anything about the unit and does not reply. I believe the unit I got was used sold as new and don't know if I even got the right unit BUYERS BEWARE
I bought a snow pusher at auction from these guys and they were very friendly and professional in getting it shipped. April in particular was patient every time we talked on the phone until the item was finally shipped. Thank You
