Find a reputable roofing company to deal with. These guys are shisters.
DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. A tree fell through my roof and ceiling over a year ago. They “fixed” the roof before fixing the ceiling, which makes sense. However, there was a leak from the “fixed” roof so they wouldn’t fix the ceiling portion until they figured out where the leak in the roof is. They would NEVER come back to find the source of the leak to fix it. They NEVER responded to my calls. I would HAVE to have my insurance company reach out to them. Fly by night services. They got a great scam going though! They misquote price for work and then try to charge thousands after they complete the install. Claiming there was extra expenses. Nothing said in-between the work.
Recently had my roof replaced by this company. Front office was responsive to all requests and were quick to come out and give an estimate and were very friendly. It took a little longer for the job to get started than we would have liked, but that was no fault of the company...we had a bad stretch of weather and they wanted to be sure no ruts were left in the yard prior to starting (which I very much appreciated!) This company quoted us a price which we agreed on and signed a contract with them. They never gave us a date which they were coming out to fix our roof. My wife called and called multiple times to get a date for them to come repair our roof and they never returned our calls. Over TWO MONTHs after we received our quote they tell us that they cannot honor the quote anymore OVER TEXT MESSAGE due to rise in materials cost. Terrible business people, extremely unprofessional. Go literally anywhere else.
