The Rankin Motel is a small family run business. We have motel rooms with either one queen size bed in them or rooms with two queen size beds in them. We also have 2 room Cabins with two beds, a queen and a full size in each, and a single room cabin that has a queen size bed in it. All of our rooms and cabins have heat and air conditioning, basic satellite TV, free wifi, a small refrigerator, microwave oven, and a four cup coffee maker. Very friendly staff & owner. Nice comfortable rooms. We met the friendly, multi tasking lady that is part of the family that owns this motel. I would stay there again & again. This place has a long history of helping travelers. Ask them about it.
We stayed in late June for our visits to Grand Teton and Yellowstone NPs. The staff are friendly and very accommodating! The cabin was cute and charming. We enjoyed our two night stay very much! (Ashton really is an easy drive from either park—there are a few local restaurants, a Family Dollar store, a local grocery, and a 24 hour laundromat within walking distance that all saved our tail during our stay!). Great place for a family to stay!! Thanks, Rankin!
This is an incredible place. It's not like a typical hotel, it's more like a little apartment or a Las Vegas bungalow. The couple who owns this place (the husband is an Army Veteran and the wife is cousins with an American Hero who was part of the "Chosen Few" and KIA) make you feel like you're apart of the family. I would make a vacation just to visit here. If your travelling to Yellowstone National Park this is the place to stay. Thanks again for such amazing service Rankin motel!!!
