This has been my doctor for 10 years. You cannot find a better one. Excellent bedside matter and he truly cares about what’s going on with you. Love love love this doctor would never go anywhere else.
Dr. Bruce Rankin is an extremely negligent physician as he treated my sister for many years and over prescribed mediations for her over a period of several years. I personally notified him on several occasions to let him know that my sister should not be taking so many medications for fear of damage to her health but he did not stop over prescribing unnecessary medications. He failed to diagnose her liver failure which was a direct result of his prescription negligence which led to her death.
I'm a retired physical therapist who was unable to get an appointment with Dr. Rankin due to his inept, thoughtless office staff. After spending an ungodly time on hold & leaving messages I received no return call & wondered how it would be, as a patient, if I really needed to get ahold of the dr. So despite the doctor's good ratings his incompetent office staff renders him inaccessible to respond to patient needs. THIS FEEDBACK IS MY EFFORT TO PREVENT OTHERS FROM GOING THROUGH THE SAME ORDEAL!
I have seen him for many years. Dr. Rankin is among the rare when it comes to his attention to his patients. The fair rating is because of the office staff. Getting a simple prescription called in takes an act of congress, it will invariably get messed up or not done at all, they will always blame the pharmacy and then have an attitude with your frustration. It just keeps happening! I do recommend Dr. Rankin with a stern warning about the office staff.
