I came in last minute after getting a cut at a different shop with unsatisfied results. Alex took me in last minute and gave me a solution to my cut and made it 10x better. In the end he did not charged me and I wanted to tip him for taking the time to fix another barbers cut and just appreciated me for coming in. That showed me love and dedication for what he does.
