I've been going to Oncology Institute for several years for iron infusions to treat severe anemia. The staff is always punctual, and little to no waiting. The nurses never miss a poke to start the IV. They have snacks too!
Dr. Miel is a pleasure to work with. She takes the time and listens to my concerns and takes a proactive approach to my overall health. She submits referrals quickly and gets things done. The staff are professional and friendly, always willing to listen and help when needed.
I could write pages of how horrible this place was but will sum it up. There is a reason for first available appointment and i fell for this unfortunately. Dr Miel was very condescending, dismissive, impatient and judgmental. She initially came in and after stating how she works tried to leave the room which lasted about 2 minutes. After being in emotional distress she stopped from leaving but still gave a look of annoyance and judgment.
