Charged me $400 to clean the carburetor, then it stopped working again 2 weeks later. Didn't diagnose the problem. Really disorganised, poor communication, couldn't give me a receipt.

Very unprofessional management—feels like a scam. Quoted $260 for a chain replacement but final invoice was $506. Spent 3 hours there: - 30 mins waiting (management inefficiency) - 20 mins wasted moving bikes (management inefficiency) - 1 hr 15 mins for actual work (My actual work that has to be charged) - 20 mins waiting for the owner’s lunch (Management personal) - 30 mins waiting while he chatted and took calls (Management personal) I had no issue in waiting but it is soo stupid that they add all their personal delays to ... read more
