Absolutely love my braids! This is my second time going with Ranisbraids and I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Very professional clean salon. I love getting to put on whatever I want to watch on the TV and just relax. She is also pretty quick and makes you feel very comfortable.
Although I am satisfied with my hair, I gave this business two stars because of my overall experience. What I Liked The stylist was not heavy-handed (when she was done, my scape did not hurt), and she braids fast. Also, the facility was clean. What I Did Not Like Booking/Scheduling She does not handle her booking schedule. Someone else does. I scheduled my appointment for 10 am, but it was rescheduled for 9 am, and when it was rescheduled, no one researched to me to explain why. I had to ask why it was rescheduled. Lack of C... read more
