Absolutely love my braids! This is my second time going with Ranisbraids and I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Very professional clean salon. I love getting to put on whatever I want to watch on the TV and just relax. She is also pretty quick and makes you feel very comfortable.

Although I am satisfied with my hair, I gave this business two stars because of my overall experience. What I Liked The stylist was not heavy-handed (when she was done, my scape did not hurt), and she braids fast. Also, the facility was clean. What I Did Not Like Booking/Scheduling She does not handle her booking schedule. Someone else does. I scheduled my appointment for 10 am, but it was rescheduled for 9 am, and when it was rescheduled, no one researched to me to explain why. I had to ask why it was rescheduled. Unfortunately, the multiple changing of times and then ultimately cancelling the day before when half my hair was out was the last draw for me. She did reschedule once I told her I had work and needed my hair done but it was for two days later, ruining my entire weekend. Sorry but I value professionalism highly.
