I have been turned away from this place twice! I went on a Wednesday morning to just get eyebrows done, the owner had some friends in the shop and asked for me to come back later, I wasn’t offered the opportunity to wait in the shop. I went again this afternoon an hour before closing once again for eyebrows and I was again turned away and have been asked to come back the next day.

Such ashame I've used Rani's for years and always been happy. Untill today when the owner attempted to belittle me infront of other customers as i opt to pay by card. I explained since covid I don't carry cash and I have always paid by card. If you don't want to accept card payments for a certain amount I'd suggest you introduce an admin fee for payments of smaller amounts or notify all customers prior to treatments being made.
