Apparently whoever runs this business doesn't care to have customers. Gave too many chances. If you're closed, put a sign up or something. If you're on lunch, put a paper up, something! It's always closed when it shows it should be open. Don't waste your time, go somewhere where they care to value your time, they don't do that here.
