He doesn't talk much but he is very concerned and cares about your health along with remembering things that you may have forgotten over time.
Great Dr Ng will take good care of you, very thorough. the hold office staff is great
Dr. Kuentz is a great knowledgeable provider. He is always answering all my questions. Every time when I am contacting him on my chart, he always get back to me right away at no time. He is one of the most trusted provider, who makes Metrohealth hospital a great and trustworthy place.
I work with Dr. Steinmetz and his research group. They are excellent
Very rude doctor, very unprofessional basically argued the whole duration about meds for my illness first time seeing him,,wont repeat
Dr Kuentz is a wonderful doctor and the receptionists and nurses are amazing. They are always helpful and the nurse will return a call to a worried mom so quickly. You do have to make a well-child appointment well in advance but I have always been able to get my sick child in within a day or 2. I would and have recommend Dr Kuentz to anyone.
Dr. Kuentz is amazing! The practice however--not so much. Crowded and rude staff. I've already moved my kids due to rudeness and problems getting the in for same-day sick visits. Another complaint--good luck getting in to see Dr. Kuentz specifically unless you’re making an appointment well in advance. If only he'd move to another practice...
Dr. Kuentz is a wonderful knowledgeable doctor. He provides patients with good insight and has a good "bed-side manner". I would highly recommend him as a family practitioner.
