When I saw her I wasn't able to lift my legs properly or take full steps when walking. She raised her voice with my husband who showed concern, told me she didn't know what was wrong with me and referred me out. In her write up she stated that she did tests she didn't do, that my leg strength was fine and my gait was normal. I had to seek a second opinion from a different neurologist who upon seeing me walk said she was an idiot. She was no show twice
I had to reschedule and the ladies at the other location mentioned looking at her reviews, I walked in to this appointment expecting some one who was short, curt, rude and mean- but that's not what I experienced at all. I met someone who listened took notes and explained. Who ordered tests that a asked for and gave me clear information and asked if I had any questions. People are so quick to leave bad reviews but not good ones. Please don't let the bad reviews from using her as a provider, she was so nice, caring and informa... read more
I am a physician myself and I was very pleased with my visit with Dr. Abou-Elenein. She is thorough, has good judgement and is clearly very caring. I have recommended my PCP refer patients to her as well. This was a telehealth visit and I will follow up with her in the office.
My husband was diagnosed and treated by Dr. Elenein. She is very honest and does not sugar coat anything. Amazing doctor.
WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE NOT REFER ANYONE TO HER. DOES NOT LISTEN, DOES NOT CARE AND NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL VERY RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. ?? Dr Elenein was very professional but caring. I would recommend her very highly. She is now caring for my husband and is so thoughtful and caring in the way she exams, questions, and communicates with her patients. You can definitely tell she cares about each individual patient!
